To preserve the structure and fabric of our luxury garments, all orders are shipped in custom garment bags, structured boxes, and acid-free tissue paper.

2. Delivery Timeframes & Logistics Partners
We offer express, tracked shipping globally through elite courier services. Estimated transit times are as follows:
• Middle East and North Africa (MENA): 3 to 7 business days.
• Global Shipments: 7 to 14 business days.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may be applied by the destination country.
